Sammy a squirrel lived a very contented life in a forest. He frequently gathered more nuts than he would eat. Sammy understood that helping is nice.
One day, Sammy saw a little bird who nest looked empty. The little bird appeared very dejected. Sammy right away shared some of his nuts with the bird. He chirped joyfully and flew back to its nest. Sammy felt good that he could help!
From that day on, Sammy made sharing his nuts with all the creatures in the forest. He learned that giving makes him feel fulfilled, and it also makes a lot of joy in the world.
